$400 wedding delivery/set up minimum.
We deliver within a 30 mile radius of our location. Our delivery/set up fee is $60. If you’re wanting to set up a time frame to discuss your special day, please send us an email at email@example.com to set up a consultation. If you’re wanting to come to one of our tasting dates that we host twice a month (out of peak wedding season), please send us an email to see available dates and time slots. Our tastings are complimentary for up to FOUR people. To book your wedding date, we require a $75 deposit and a signed copy of our contract. *May-October (peak wedding season) we will not host any Tastings. Due to the busy Holiday Seasons, we will have limited availability during the months of November and December. Pricing is approximate based on flavors requested. We do not offer themed cakes or fondant cakes. We only use plant based food coloring and only frost the outside of our cakes with buttercream. You have the "design" options of naked, semi naked, full frosted smooth, fully frosted swoosh, or fully frosted rustic swirl. We would be happy to show photo examples by request.

Payment Options: payment can be made in as many or as little payments as needed by the customer. Payment can be made through our secure online Square invoice, which will be sent via email. If you wish to pay by cash or check, this must be done in person at our Toronto Road location.
Minimum Order required for delivery and set up: If you want to have Three Twigs Bakery deliver and set up your wedding cake and/ or pastry order, you must order a minimum of $400.00 BEFORE taxes and delivery fees. If you do not meet the $400.00 minimum, you will need to make arrangements for someone to pick up the wedding cake and/or pastries at our Toronto Road location.
Deposit Required: Your wedding date becomes reserved once this contract is printed, signed, and our booking retainer of $75.00 is received. This retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation or change of mind. The $75.00 retainer fee will be taken from your end total.
Final Payment: The amount remaining after the deposit is paid can be made in as many or as few payments as needed by the customer. The total payment, however, must be made in full NO LATER than two weeks before the date of the event. If final payment is not received on the designated due date (given in the Square invoice sent via email), then Three Twigs Bakery assumes the customer no longer wishes to proceed. You will receive automatic reminders about payment, via email, a month before the due date, and two weeks before the due date. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure that the FULL payment has been received by Three Twigs Bakery.
Flowers/Cake + Topper/Accessories: Three Twigs Bakery does not provide any extras other than the cake and/or pastries ordered by the customer. For example, we do not provide tables, linens, plates or cake stands, cake toppers, or any other accessories for the cake, pastries, or dessert table. Please provide any items you want as a part of your dessert table and accessories for your cake ON the dessert table, the day of the event, at the location of the event. We will not accept any items at the bakery to store for you. Please have whatever you’re wanting for the cake ready, and we will be happy to put it together for you. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure there is enough plating for all of the pastries ordered and enough space for all of the pastries ordered. If there are not enough plates/stands, Three Twigs Bakery is not responsible for the remainder of what cannot be set out. The items will either be directly placed on the table, or left in the delivery boxes. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the dessert table/station is ready upon the discussed delivery and set up time (which will be listed in the Square invoice), otherwise, the pastries may have to be left in delivery boxes in order for Three Twigs Bakery to make it to other deliveries arranged that day. When ordering a cake, your cake stand should always be at least 2” wider than the cake itself. Keep in mind, that if your stand has a “lip”, it should not count towards your extra 2”+ needed.
Fresh Flowers: If flowers are provided, we will arrange them. You acknowledge that fresh flowers are not a food product and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.
Order Changes: Changes to your event order: size, quantity, description, flavors, etc, will be accepted until three weeks prior to the event date. No changes will be accepted after the three week lock out date. This gives us a week to make any of the changes to your invoice, resend the invoice, and then the customer completing the final payment before the “two week” due date.
Delivery and Set Up: We only deliver within a 30 mile radius of our Toronto Road location. We will still accept wedding orders for weddings outside of the 30 mile radius, however, the customer will need to arrange pick up of the cake and/or pastries at our Toronto Road location. We charge a flat fee of $60 for delivery and set up. This fee covers gas, mileage, and time for the delivery and set up. We require a $400.00 minimum for delivery and set up. Otherwise the customer will need to make arrangements for pick up at our Toronto Road location. If you wish to have a two or three tiered cake, we recommend delivery and do not recommend as a pick up option.
Pick Up: If you or a representative elect to pick up and set up the cake and pastries, you assume all liability and responsibility for the condition of the cakes and pastries once it leaves Three Twigs Bakery’s possession.
Allergen Warning: If you or your guests have certain minor allergies, we can provide “allergy friendly” pastries. However, everything is made in the same kitchen and our facility does contain nuts, milk, wheat, soy, and other allergens. We do not recommend our products for those with severe allergies. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for any and all allergic reactions.
Extra Information: It is the customers responsibility to make sure Three Twigs Bakey has all of the information needed in order for the day to run smoothly. Things that we require to know by the final payment due date (two weeks before the event date) are: day of contact phone number, location of reception, whether the set up will be indoors or outdoors, planned time for the reception to start, planned time for guests to start arriving on location, and an agreed upon set up time.
After the initial consultation and tasting meeting, if you need it, we can schedule ONE in-person meeting before your wedding date to further discuss your day. The meeting can be scheduled Tuesday-Friday during our open hours. Any further discussion can be done through email at anytime (please allow up to 48 hours response time) or by phone call Tuesday-Friday during open hours. Please understand that we are extremely busy on the weekends and want to do our best to help everyone!
Weather Changes: We understand that the weather may create a last minute change of plans for the reception. We are happy to work together the week of the event, the day before, and even the day of to see what we can do to help accommodate. However, we book more than one event in the same day and may be experiencing the same weather issues with other brides/grooms for the same date. We will be as accommodating as possible for everyone. It is the customer’s responsibility to let Three Twigs Bakery know if the location or time of the set up changes.
Liability: we are not responsible for any damage to the cake and/or pastries after setup is complete. You are responsible for providing an appropriate and secure table and environment for the cakes and pastries. Cakes are heavy and require a sturdy table and cake stand and the optimal temperature for our cakes and pastries is 75 degrees or below.
Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, wedding orders cancelled prior to the two week lockout date can be refunded up to 50% of the balance paid. Orders cancelled after the two week due date will not be refunded. In the event that something occurs to effect your scheduled date, please let us know immediately to discuss options. However, if your date changes and we are already booked, we may not be able to accommodate a change of date.
Ending Note: Performance of this agreement is contingent upon the ability of Three Twigs Bakery to complete the agreement and is subject to labor disputes or strikes, accidents, acts of God, and other causes beyond our control.
